If I come on an ISECCA programme, will I have to tell everybody
my darkest secrets?
No! All ISECCA programmes are non-intrusive and participants are
discouraged from thinking about painful memories. There is NO counselling
in ISECCA programmes.

Do I have to take part in role-play?
No - there is no role-play in the course. There are some learning
activities, which you will find fun, but if you choose not to take
part, there is no pressure.

Am I allowed to laugh?
Everybody laughs a lot - you are there to have a good time.

How will I cope in a group - I rarely leave my house?
Once you have arrived, your facilitator will put you at ease and
look after you - so will the rest of the group. You will have a
great time.

The course encourages everybody to be non-judgemental. We all have
different experiences in life - by being tolerant towards others,
