Photo of Anne HaydenAnne Hayden, a GP from Verwood in Dorset, began ISECCA (Improving Self Efficacy, Self Esteem and Confidence of Children and Adults) in September 1998.
Anne became aware that if both children and adults could feel more confident in themselves, it would improve not only their emotional well being and mental health, but physical health also. To achieve this, she developed the ISECCA Workshop. In January 2000 she gained an MBE for this work.

ISECCA focuses on improving emotional health and self-belief. Courses are run regularly in Verwood, so call us to find our more.

ISECCA also has a charitable division – registered charity number 1084658.
The next AGM will be held on 4 June 2009 – for more information, contact the ISECCA office on 01202 826580.
